Day 14 - No Excuses

So I had a decent day yesterday. Didn't eat the best, but exercised and also got in over 13,000 steps. Today on the other hand hasn't been all that great. I'm already 200 calories over my day and dinner is still to come. I have been doing super good for the past 13 days and I am not going to beat myself up over one day. I will go to the grocery store and stock up on a few healthy things and I will be back on track tomorrow. I will still be getting in some kind of exercise today. I'm thinking it'll be 30 minutes of free step on the Wii. It's just too hot to do anything outside - that is not an excuse that's a fact!

    Hey, I saw Bob Harper on a show the other day and he gave his "skinny rules" (from his new book) but the last one was: "Have a cheat meal a week."

He said life was too short to try to be 100% compliant. So, consider lunch your "cheat meal", have a decent dinner, and get right back to it!

I'm glad you posted your day 12 -- after your status I was worried about you!
