Teddy Bear efforts

Between knee surgery, post surgery re-tearing, and shoulder dislocations (also winter munchies and negligence) I have gained much weight and lost much health since the last time I was a teddy bear.
I shall begin again. I still have a pie in the sky dream of being average weight, but my goal weight will be 180. By the end of the summer, I want to do a plank walk at our local fitness trail. That being said, where to begin.......
My plan was to take one of my dogs to the fitness trail this evening. I went my Forrester to get my knee brace and realized I would need to clean out the back if Claudia (my dog) would be able to join me. By the time I was done, it had started to rain. Phooey.
I decided to break out my wii instead. AE Active was crazy good for me during my last health kick, but with annoying appendages, I thought I'd start it easy by using wii fit plus. Good plan, except it had been so long all the batteries were dead. Humph. Of course all my batteries in the fridge were also dead.
It was just sprinkling, so I walked to the Dollar General and got more. When arriving home I moved furniture and finally got to exercising. I found some fun new aspects to FitPlus.
I could make a routine of step-advanced, boxing, running, some strength stuff and segway riding.
The wii said I had 30 exercise minutes. Between cleaning and walking to the store and all the prep stuff, it's been 1.5 hours of activity.
Teddy Bears, I'm counting it as at least 45-min.......and 4 more cups of water. On to Japan!
