I had been reading about cycling with carbs. They say very low carbs three days then up to 200 hundred on the 4th.
It is amazing to think I used to do that and more all the time. Because honestly, I felt like crap the next day and was up two pounds. I thought no big deal it will come right off.......wrong. I think that system must be for much more active people.
I think I will just go back to lower carbs and moderation and continue to build up my exercise time.
Oh well. Live and learn.........always.
