Tried something different

I had been reading about cycling with carbs. They say very low carbs three days then up to 200 hundred on the 4th.
It is amazing to think I used to do that and more all the time. Because honestly, I felt like crap the next day and was up two pounds. I thought no big deal it will come right off.......wrong. I think that system must be for much more active people.
I think I will just go back to lower carbs and moderation and continue to build up my exercise time.
Oh well. Live and learn.........always.

    Sorry it didn't work for you but that's how we find out what is for us and what is not. It was worth trying.

    This would work better if you were doing a lot of strength training. Even so, though, it sounds like you're discovering that carbs (particularly grains) just don't agree with you in general. Most people get bloated and miserable for a day or so after eating a lot of wheat once they've been weaned from it.

It will come off rather easily, but up your water intake for a few days to help stop the water retention.
