Boyfriend has gone home and am sad and wallowing. Also today is the 1 year anniversary of my dad's passing. I am allowing myself today to be a vegetable. I am not eating poorly (however am not eating much, which is just as bad I spose), but I am not forcing myself to do much of anything.
Tomorrow is the fresh start day. Gym in the am. Gym at lunch. Ride bike to work. Situps, Pressups, etc after work, and perhaps a 30 minute walk. I hope to keep up that pace the whole week (weather permitting on the bike rides and walks).
