So I've been trying very hard to do my 30 minutes of outdoor exercise each day. Since Monday, I think I only missed Saturday but we do out weekly grocery shopping on Saturdays so I did get some exercise.
There's a path I can walk around my small neighbourhood. About halfway in the walk, I have to make it up a rather steep hill.
On Monday I did 30 minutes of mowing grass. On Tuesday, I did the walk around the neighbourhood. However, when I got to the hill, I couldn't make it up so I stopped part way and turned around to walk back to my house.
On Wednesday, I stopped again but rested a minute or so and pushed my way to the top of the hill. Thursday was the same. Friday I mowed more grass.
Today, I walked the neighbourhood and realized AFTER I made it to the top and had walked a bit further that I DIDN'T HAVE TO STOP! I'm so happy with myself.
