I had to give up Sparkpeople this past year as my job began to consume my time. I continued working out. My plans for a half marathon were shot down by a nasty fall on roller blades. In April I decided to get certified to teach indoor cycling. It was a good decision as it helped redirect my mind fom my job. I began teaching Spinnig on June 4th. I have the 5:30 am class three days a week. I have 8 classes under my belt. I think this is the motivator to really stick to a plan. I have lost 5 pounds so far( but they are same five pounds I have lost and gained before. So I have come back to where I was before...Sparkpeople because this is where I seem to be able to focus on healthy living!
