Last week we had temps over 100F and it sucked the life out of me. Exercise? I was lucky to breathe.
Along with it went my motivation. I leaped off the program with the abandon of a 4 year old at Chuckie Cheese. If it fit in my mouth it went in. If it didn't fit, I cut it in smaller pieces so it did. Tracking....not so much.
The only good thing I can say is I drank a LOT of liquids. David's Razzmatazz iced tea was all that kept me sane.
So I put the 2 lbs on I'd managed to take off. And I start again. I recognized my failings last week and the triggers, and that is the important thing. Learning to fight the good fight against old bad habits takes time and discipline.
