On Friday my husband broke his toe. I feel terrible for him because he has to deal with the pain and also the fact that he has to drastically change his exercise routines for the next six weeks. He is so worried about losing ground in running and I can totally relate. I'm sad for me because I don't have my running partner for the next 6 weeks. I know I'll be ok but he is my rock so I'm going to have to really find some strength in me. I started out on the right foot (punny) today by doing my normal long Sunday run and I did a great job. I'm just going to have to take it day by day. I hope he heals fast so we can get back to running together. I'm proud of him, he went out and bought a bike yesterday just so he can keep up with cardio.
