Been exercising consistently for a month

I haven't reached exercise euphoria yet as I'd hoped, but I did reach an epiphany. I've been pathetically trying to run for exercise and I've been killing myself trying to do so. Today I said just brisk walk and ENJOY it. It worked! The pedometer logged it as aerobic steps for 30 minutes, so all is good. This is something I can do.

    emoticon I, too, walk at a quick enough pace to exercise in my target heart range. Good for you.
