Today has been an awesome day....
Our little church this morning went really well....hubby got up to preach and couldn't find his notes....SO.... he just preached anyway and it was awesome.....really awesome.... Maybe he needs to preach more often without notes....lol.....
He is preaching again tonight at the church we go to on a Sunday night...he has been doing his sermon this arvo however his notes haven't really come together for him so he has made a" mind map"...thiss has actually surprised me as when he first heard about mind maps he couldn't see how it would work and certainly wouldn't work for him.......interesting how God changes things as we go along....lol....
I think tonight will be just awesome.....

I have had a good day today and stayed on track well although had a rest day from exercise which was nice....tend to do that on a Sunday as by the time we get home and have lunch it is usually around 3pm....

Off back to the gym tomorrow and am going to start on the machines with the weights .....well 2 of them anyway which will give me upper and lower strength excersizing.....will make a start and then hopefully will get my program on Wednesday and also what my body fat % is...that could be interesting....lol...
