I got this recipe from one of my close spark friends, ISLANDSHARON.
When I mentioned to her that we were going out for mediterranean food for father's day, she said that she would love some baklava and then asked if I'd ever made these cookies. These are easier to make than baklava but are very reminiscent of the flavor. They have pistachios and rosewater encased in a nice buttery cookie.
