This past week i have been very active.
5 sessions of cardio from 45 to 60 minutes
3 sessions of strength training
I am totally changing the way I eat.
My nutritionist told me. "Your old ways of eating have to stop. You can no longer run out the door in the morning grabbing the easiest food to grab or go through a drive in window for junk food. You must start packing your food for the next day the night before. You must rethink everything you are doing."
Five days this week I packed my breakfast, snacks, lunch and gym bag the night before.
I am making progress.
