A successful week

This past week i have been very active.

5 sessions of cardio from 45 to 60 minutes
3 sessions of strength training

I am totally changing the way I eat.

My nutritionist told me. "Your old ways of eating have to stop. You can no longer run out the door in the morning grabbing the easiest food to grab or go through a drive in window for junk food. You must start packing your food for the next day the night before. You must rethink everything you are doing."

Five days this week I packed my breakfast, snacks, lunch and gym bag the night before.

I am making progress.

    Phil, Glad you got your computer stuff fixed. I just saw my dietician 3 days ago. She said I must eat at least 9 - 10 fruits and veggies daily and only 6 ounces max of meats daily. That's a hard one for me. We are trying to prevent my cancer from recurring so I better get my act together, huh! LOL! So far, its all do-able. I feel better, too.

    Phil, hadn't heard from you in a while. Happy that you have lost 12 pounds in the past 2 weeks. Sounds like you may have turned the corner and will now be able to consistently loose some weight. Hope your health issue a few months ago turned out to be not so important.
