Well the weekend is here, the weather is fantastic and I'm off for a social event this afternoon. I'm still excited about the weight loss, and trying not to get my hopes up too much for the next weigh in in two weeks time!!
It's the 4 and final week of the Boot Camp challenge, and I'm going to give it my best this week!! Am so excited about it!
It's really taught me a lot of things about eating and what to eat. These are things that we already know are good for us, but we always tend to do what is not so good for us, like over indulge when we shouldn't!
The boot camp has set for me in motion eating breakfast, eating lunch, making sure to drink my water or any kind of liquid throughout the day - and the exercise is one of those must dos throughout it - I can't say it enough, the 10min workouts are fantastic, I mean, what's 10mins of ones day?? I do it in the morning, when I'm sitting around doing nothing, and just before I have my dinner or earlier! I include with it any other exercise I like to do and am able to do.
I've learnt how to use the trackers and now realize its full potential...I'm a bit miffed at the change in the Fitness tracker, but making the most of what's there now until the full change over.
