WUB June Week 3

This is a short blog. For exercise this week I have done less than usual. For 4 days I have been too sick to exercise. I did some ST and kept my calories in check. I also applied for several jobs.

So even though I am sick I kept my goals in check (somewhat) Next week will be better. I did notice I lost a little when I ate more. Maybe it is time to up my calories some. So I went uo about 100.

Exercise 500 calories + 6 days a week (don’t just exercise for minutes but make it quality exercise)
----goal not met

Take one active rest day per week
--- took several this week!

Do Strength Training 3-4 times a week
--only done twice.

Eat 6-7 Freggies a day
---pretty much met this one each day

One day per week allow myself to go over calories by 100 or so. Just to reset my metabolism
---- goal met!

Less Snacking after dinner. Limit to one snack
-----still trying

Apply for at least one job per week
---Goal met

    You got more strength work done than I did this week. I just couldn't make myself do it. Good for you getting 1 done while sick. emoticon

    You certainly can't be expected to reach your exercise goals when you are sick...that's definitely not a fail.

    Don't look back, look forward. What is done is done, just learn from it and it will be helpful in the future. Remember how you felt that you had let yourself down and then forget that you did.
    Remember nobody is perfect (well, except me of course! LOL) ....

    It's crazy but eating more seems to send the right signals to our bodies that everything's ok and we can let go of some of the fat. Keep up the great tracking and hope you find work you enjoy soon. emoticon
