This is a short blog. For exercise this week I have done less than usual. For 4 days I have been too sick to exercise. I did some ST and kept my calories in check. I also applied for several jobs.
So even though I am sick I kept my goals in check (somewhat) Next week will be better. I did notice I lost a little when I ate more. Maybe it is time to up my calories some. So I went uo about 100.
Exercise 500 calories + 6 days a week (donít just exercise for minutes but make it quality exercise)
----goal not met
Take one active rest day per week
--- took several this week!
Do Strength Training 3-4 times a week
--only done twice.
Eat 6-7 Freggies a day
---pretty much met this one each day
One day per week allow myself to go over calories by 100 or so. Just to reset my metabolism
---- goal met!
Less Snacking after dinner. Limit to one snack
Apply for at least one job per week
