Day 2 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.
My boyfriend felt bad for how hard he saw me working on the DVD exercises yesterday and let me sleep in until Noon today and woke me up with breakfast in bed. After a quick breakfast I immediately forced myself to do Day #2 of the challenge. I was nervous to get started because my legs hurt so bad, it was actually painful to sit on the toilet lol. I kept thinking I would fall down when I tried to walk, but I wasn't about to give up on day #2. I've done that so many times before and all that resulted was more weight gained.
And...*drum roll*. There was already a noticeable difference. I lasted longer than I did yesterday before taking my 5 second break. I made it through the entire first set of cardios jumping jacks, running, more jumping jacks without stopping to break once.
I can't describe how good it felt knowing that my endurance was already being built up. That is more my motivation now than anything else. I'm feeling good.
