HOORAY FOR SUMMER

Summer is an easier time for me to stay on track, with lots of outdoor activities, like swimming, walking and hiking. Staying on a healthy eating plan is so much easier as well. We grill lean meats and lots of veggies, along with the occasional hamburgers and hot dogs.
I like to grill chicken and cut up the leftovers for adding to salads during the week.
Thank you, everyone for the encouragement and support.

We CAN succeed and we will!

    emoticon I joined the 5% summer challenge and am excited about it ! I lost 7.6 lbs in the spring challenge so if i can do that good again i will be at goal ! HAVE A GREAT SUMMER ! emoticon emoticon
