Met with my trainer and got a new workout plan designed. The new plan actually alternates days, so that I'm doing upper body one day, lower body the next, with some core exercises every day. Each workout actually has two complimentary exercises for each set. For Example I will do Leg Press Machine then go to Wall Squats rest do that set again. It's definitely more intense but I'm feeling good about it. Still doing cardio on my non strength days and hoping now to do a 10K by the end of the summer.
