Last week of June and quarter 2! I can't believe the year is almost half over.

Here is the general plan for this week-

Sunday- Went on a run at the lake. Not only did I run almost a full mile w/o stopping but I went 3.27 miles total distance. This is awesome because I've been in recovery with my heel since March! It hurt a little bit but once I stopped running it stopped hurting. I'm like..I think I can deal with that!

Mon- br7 -done in the morning!
Tues Br 8-done in the morning!
Wed- slept in. We went on a walk Tuesday night
Thurs br7-will do in the evening..went on a walk Wednesday night
Fri br8

Then I have a 5 day weekend...woohoo!
