It's the first day of the Summer %% Challenge I joined.
It will last 8 weeks, from 23rd June till 18th August. I need to lose 11 pounds to achieve my 5% goal.
Morning - started great with a 30 min walk while grocery shopping.
- at my grandma's, I was faced with several temptations and couldn't resist all of them. So, I ate a piece of raspberry cake.
Lunch time - pizza day. Dh made pizza and I tried to eat 1 serving but ended up eating 2 servings.
Snack - dh was eating ice-cream so I just couldn't say no..
Gee....it's 14:30h and I've already made 3 mistakes. (cake, 2nd serving for lunch, ice-cream).
Not to mention that my fridge is suddenly filled with tempting food because on Monday we have guests, and I have to bake a cake.
These days will be very hard because there are many birthdays and gatherings. Temptation is all around me, hot summer days, my baby needs me, and I need to endure..
I will have dinner around 5, go for a walk around 7 pm, and I don't want to eat anything else after that.
