20 reasons to loose those 20 lbs I gained last year.
1. Body will feel better
2. Will be more energetic
3. Can walk farther on bad knee
4. More desire to walk the dogs (hopefully)
5. Clothes will fit better
6. Wont have to buy new clothes
7. Will be more energetic
8. Stamina will be better
9. Will be able to play with babies longer
10. Long trips won't be as difficult
11. Will be able to bless home better
12. Will be able to enjoy garden more
13. Mom won't fuss at me
14. Won't have to buy new undergarments
15. Will handle hot weather better
16. Will feel like exercising more
17. Will not dread having picture taken
18. Self esteem will improve
19. Sleep better - more energized
20. Will reward myself with a trip ( maybe to see DS or to the beach)
When I loose these I am onward to reach my goal, which is another 17 lbs. Seems like a minor thing, but for me it has been unreachable.
