Last night I watched the last 10 minutes of the basketball game and ate over 50 almonds...yikes! I've been pretty good about no longer having out of control snack attacks but last night was an exception. I guess I was hungry and just started eated mindlessly which happens. Oh well, I didn't beat myself up over it, just recorded it in my nutrition tracker and moved on. Today is a much better day and I just got back from a 1 hr 45 min walk. I'm tired but must run to get ready for dinner and a concert tonight. Since we're eating at home I should be able to control my food intake and stay within range.
