i need help in creating a better meal plan for me because i work the overnight shift at
a mcdonald's restaurant and i rarely get the chance to actually take a break. then i sleep
during the day. emoticon

    I don't have any specific suggestions about meal plans, but you might check out the Night Owls Spark Team: it's a group of people who work night shift. I'll bet they have some recommendations for you.
