Sexy Leg Workout Summer Challenge=DONE

So I did MOTIWEIGHTION's summer challenge and boy was it something! Something in a good way. It was something that I needed to keep my motivation in this journey. I've always been the type of person that believes the motivation comes from within but sometimes especially lately I need an extra kick. I did this alongside SASS, BLC-19 and Done Girl Challenge. I thought initially that this was a lot to partake on but all is and has benefited me in different ways and like I said much needed spark I need for this journey.

The commitment and dedication came to do a short circuit routine daily for 8 weeks. And I did it, I only miss 3 days emoticon. The challenge got easy as the weeks progressed so I added a little extra to push me (weight or more sets).

Here are the results:
-7lbs
-1/2 inches off waist
-3 1/2 inches off thighs
-2 inches off hips

I'm happy with the results. My goal was to release 9 lbs and I did but gained some back. But really the biggest accomplishment for me was to do workouts that I dreaded (lunges and wall squats) for this long. So for that I'm happy. At the end of the day, I'm learning some things I hate are the things I need (especially with my thighs, glutes and hips).
