There is definitely a difference between walking and using a treadmill. I'm much more tired out from a real walk.

    I found out that goes for running too! Way harder running outside- physically!

    I agree, especially if it's hot and/or sunny! But, I still think I'd rather walk outside.

    Huh, that's interesting. I sweat FAR more and feel much greater fatigue from my daily hour on the treadmill than from my evening 2.5 mile walk. Maybe I'm just strolling in the evenings!
