My goals this week are to gather information and to do some healthy shopping, along with adding some moderate exercise! I need to remember slow n steady wins the race!
That's some good advice we should all take. When I go too fast I get sore and want to quit, but slow and steady like you said wins the race. Pacing and small increases had made big differences. Gathering information is also a great idea. You seem to be taking youe health very seriously and I find your blog encouraging.
