On Monday, it was 60 degrees. I wore my jacket. On Tuesday, my very kind landlord installed my new A/C unit. By Wednesday, the heat index was 109. So glad I checked the forecast!
I'm excited about being active this summer! My goal is 150 fitness minutes a week. I haven't gotten there yet, but it's keeping me honest. :) I've been going to Spinning and Zumba, and I also started Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred. I went bike riding with some friends a couple weeks ago, which was super fun. It's great to get social time and exercise taken care of in one go! I'm also hoping to play some tennis this summer.
