Happy Summer Everybody!

On Monday, it was 60 degrees. I wore my jacket. On Tuesday, my very kind landlord installed my new A/C unit. By Wednesday, the heat index was 109. So glad I checked the forecast!

I'm excited about being active this summer! My goal is 150 fitness minutes a week. I haven't gotten there yet, but it's keeping me honest. :) I've been going to Spinning and Zumba, and I also started Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred. I went bike riding with some friends a couple weeks ago, which was super fun. It's great to get social time and exercise taken care of in one go! I'm also hoping to play some tennis this summer.

    Wow, that's hot! I'm glad you got the A/C in just in time!

150 minutes per week sounds like a really reasonable goal. With all the fun things that you've been doing, I think you'll reach it easily. Let me know what you think when you make it to Level 2 of 30-Day Shred. I've started it so many times, but always end up getting side-tracked by Day 5 or 6. I've had it for years and have yet to try a Level 2 workout (at least that I can remember)!
