day 5 of the ducan Diet

Down 2 pounds this am for a total of 8 pounds lost so far.
Need VEGGIES and FRUIT!!
The results are pretty good to get u thru a plateau but not sure if I would do this to myself again. I think I would start the "cruise phase" first.
Also my girlfriend who is doing this too is not losing as much weight. She is eating beef jerky and pudding in place of the nasty custard recipe a,d I have a feeling u cant eat "jello pudding. not sure where she read u could eat beef jerky either.
But for me so far so good.
Have to eat brkfst not hungry not sure how this is going to work today.
