Scary as it was, I did it. I totally rebooted my sparkpeople nutritional goals, based on losing 1.5 pounds a week. I have been a member for quite a while and have been cruising along with ambitious fitness goals (and achieving enough of them to keep me motivated)., but using the default nutrition goals. Sure, I tracked my food last summer for three months, and lost over 15 pounds.... but then submitted to *life* and reverted back to my old ways, trying to achieve my goals with only one tool - fitness, not a the two tools that I *know* will lead to success. So,let the summer begin!
