I guess this link did not work the way I thought it did. I ate the meal with 2 choices, soup and a salad. I had black bean soup and the chicken Asian salad.

I could make it very exact by editing the list of ingredients. BUT...you'd have to put in those choices to see the nutrition in my choices---or your choices. Sorry it worked that way.

It was very useful for next time I go to Paneras.

I did this also for a local ?Thai restaurant before I went. I don't know Thai food at all! But online I could make healthy choices beforehand an d know what I wanted when I got there. Plus I looked like i knew what I was doing! emoticon

Good job in checking out the calories of everything!!! Those little extra steps will make a huge difference!

FYI, it takes me to the nutritonal info page, but doesn't show your meal. Still, finding nutrition information online before visiting a restaurant is a great way to plan ahead and avoid temptations. If you've planned, you can hand the menu right back to the waiter/waitress and order right away without looking at all the temptations they put in the menu to try to get you to over-order and overeat.

Yea, good for you! If I know in advance where I'm going to eat I always go online to check the nutrition values so I have smart order choices. Unfortunately, most of my favorite eateries are not chains and don't offer nutrition guides, so I have to make educated guesses. My favorite neighborhood Italian deli doesn't even have a web site.
