Divide and Conquer

My goal today (and every day for the rest of June) was 65 fitness minutes. However, finding that hour proved difficult. Last week, I would have given up and said, "I just don't have time. Forget it.) Today, I divided into smaller workouts.

20 minute walk this morning
27 minute zombie run after dinner
20 minutes pilates about to happen right now

And how funny is this: After yesterday's 65 minute yoga session and today's short workouts...I'M SORE. Fitness happens. Just go with it.
