Tomorrow I have to leave for a 13 hour drive to see relatives for a weekend, is it weird that i am very concerned with attempting to try and stay on track with my diet..... This trip will involve eating in restaurants..... and i will offend and be made fun of if I'm the "salad" kind of girl (first time meeting the boyfriends extended family).
Probably allowed to worry.
Anyway I'm going to try and see if i can get in a few walks (probably not due to storms) or at least my 40 mins of cardio in before we leave.
Hope it doesn't set me too far back...
