For one month I've worked toward walking 10,000 steps each day, drinking 8 cups of water and watching what I ate and how much. All that has paid off by helping me lose 5 lbs. in one month. Now I need to keep it up for 11 more months. All I can say is Thank you Lord for giving me the strength to stay with it each day!!
