Today actually was reealllyy busy. It was record temps today and of course, my AC decided to stop working. I was going from meeting to meeting and wasn't in AC for the majority of the day. SHEESSH. I was sooo hot.
Anyways, this morning I did a 50 minute workout. 20 minute Wii Zumba, which is no joke by the way, and 30 minutes of the Bollywood video.
Total calorie burned today = 328
I also did pretty well today too.. even though I ate out at lunch. My calorie total was 1278. I had...

Jersey mike mini turkey sub with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and oregano
Ice berry frozen yogurt with strawberries
Chicken stuffed with broccoli and low fat swiss cheese
salad with sweet onion dressing- low fat.

Nothing really interesting to report today, other than I stuck with my goal. I drank 8 plus cups of water.
So far I've worked out every day this week. I am sooo proud of myself.
And seriously, I feel bad for ever saying that the Wii workout games probably were a waste. The zumba game kicks my booty.... I am now wanting to see what other games are out there.
I have Just Dance too, but I don't like it as much.
Does anyone have any suggestions on good workout wii games.....
