Day 6

Day 6 already. Not that 6 days is any great record, but it is still 6 days of learning new habits. I have seen the benefit of PLANNING. I have been caught trying to run by the seat of my pants. I don't want to get caught being too hungry because then I tend to overeat, and I don't want to be caught trying to figure out what to have for a meal at the last minute. I feel so much more comfortable when I can plan my day, write out my meal plan, tweak my meal plan and then follow it! I like that bit of structure. Ideally I will get to the point of planning in the evening for the next day. It takes work but the payoff is happiness.
