After 3 rounds of P90X and half way into my P90X+, I can now do "crane" in Yoga X. It is the only part of Yoga X that I haven't been able to do. I could never understand it.

I held the position for 4 seconds. It has always boggled me why I couldn't do it. After thinking about it today, I believe that my wrist and forearms were not strong enough to do it. I am one of those people that have small and weak wrist.

Thinking about what exercises might have made the difference, I believe the "360 Chataranga Run" in Abs/Core Plus and all the different pull-ups and push-ups in P90X Plus.

Next goal is to hold the position for 30 sec.

    I had to google the crane in Yoga X, wow, that is a difficult pose, I'd say it take both coordination and strong wrists. wouldn't even attempt it.... LOL

    emoticon I couldn't do crane until I went to a few real yoga classes and learned the proper technique. It's an amazing pose.

    I am not familiar with that pose from P90X but despite that fact I can tell it is a huge accomplishment for you.....SO CONGRATS and WAY TO GO!
