At Paneras I had the black bean soup and a chicken Asian salad. I thought i was picking healthy foods.
I put them in the food tracker. First salt in both was very high.
Why should salt in a salad be high?????
The salad had carbs, fats, protein, but almost
no other nutrients! I couldn't believe it!

The fresh veggies I have been eating at home all come up with many nutrients! Wow, what a difference!
And I used my Panera card (new recently) to that restaurant. Online it said on my birthday I'd get a free hamburger. I think I signed up for my card one day after my birthday because I did not know about the card before that. When I got to the restaurant---they gave me a free pastry of my choice.
I got it and took it home to my husband. he was delighted!
But this morning I did get to my 2
water aerobic classes!!! Only on Thursdays are there 2 in a row, one regular class and then zumba in the water!
My lunch was with a good friend. We couldn't stop talking.........2 hours!!! Probably the restaurant wouldn't have been happy if they knew that.......but it is my birthday! I can do anything I want, right?
