June 20 day challenge - Halfway point 10 down / 10 to go + Pics

10 days results:
15 / 30 miles (long walk on the beach!)
240 / 400 Burpees (will they ever get easier???)
270 / 400 Push-ups
400 / 800 Dumbbell sumo squats
300 / 600 Deadlifts / bicep curl
3/3 lbs lost
Yesterday, we spent the afternoon at the beach. It was a little overcast which meant that we didn't like a slice of bacon in the frying pan
I went for a 75 minute long walk in the sand. Very challenging as the beach is on a 45 degree angle and you sink in the sand a lot. After, I went for a swim with my hubby. Then we had a little snack and played a little football. My husband isn't very active so I had to beg for the football but he ended up having a good time as you can see from the pics. We stayed until 8pm, just relaxing with a glass of wine and spending some quality time with my best friend. We need to do this more often!
