I had a very high sodium and fiber intake the day before weigh-in. I think that actually caused me to weigh in high. I had been weighing in at 208-209 all week. But hopefully that means I will show a bigger loss for week 2.

I am pleased with my cardio exercising. Walking and doing the C25K program in the mornings is really helping me to get a good amount of exercise accomplished and making me feel better about myself. My goal for Week 2 is to continue with the cardio and to add in some more strength training. For some reason I tend to put that off even though I know how beneficial it is to my body and weight less efforts.

    emoticon on the weight loss. But that's true, think of it. Next week you will be looking at some more weight loss. I try to combat the high sodium sometimes with some extra water. I sometimes like to grab those Healthy Choice dinners or those Lean Cuisine Chicken Club Paninis but I get frustrated when I see how healthy they are but the sodium is a little high on some of them. I have had sodium mess with a weigh in for me too. But good for you, you are planning a course of action for that "evil" sodium.

    You had me worried when I saw the title of your blog-I was afraid I had missed the beginning of the "Biggest Loser", cause I don't even know if they're airing for the summer! But I hope this challenge brings you great success!

    I think that's what happened to me today as well. Too much sodium yesterday and not enough water! We're going to rock it for week 2!
