I've had enough of the jiggly underarms (or bat wings as I call them), had enough of the rash I get from my stomach flapping against my skin, which also happens under my boobs (nice language, huh ?)
Today starts the first day of the rest of my life - I am determined to find a way to exercise that won't work against me. Obesity stinks (sometimes literally
) along with being obese, I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet, arthritis in one knee plus my lower back, gout in the other knee, heart condition, disc issue with my back/neck area. Am I making excuses - ummm probably but I'm going to try not to. I can't find an exercise that doesn't wear me out of make my back/knees hurt. Any help in that area sure would be helpful.
I'm up to 277 ... I'm tired of being the fat wife, fat mom, fat nana, fat friend. Just sick and tired of always being sick and tired.
OK - so I'll wipe my eyes
(depression is also an issue with me) and get started.
