Learning from my mistakes...

Okay so this week I'm aggravated, irritated and just plain in a bad mood. The difference - last week I challenged myself to get up in the morning and do a 1 mile WATP workout. I did all 5 days and even did some more exercise after work. BUT this week I only did cardio & ST Monday evening and that was a struggle. Also my journaling suffered from this last weekend. Didn't feel the best on Saturday but Sunday was even worse, so it took me until Tuesday to actually catch-up with my journaling, but I did catch-up.

So here is what I am learning...

1. Get up and get my workout in the morning - just make it part of my routine.
2. I do need to plan for bad days, they will happen & I can come back stronger.
3. Choice by choice I can make a difference in my life.
4. I'm not as good about journaling my water as I thought I was, so working on that (new challenge for next week - get 32 ounces of water in before I leave work, followed by another 32 at home).

    People get burned out on routines sometimes. That is time to mix it up alittle and maybe do a long walk or something. I know you can do it.

    You've learned some good things. You can do this! Maybe make a daily plan and show it to us and it might give you just the challenge you need, letting us know how you're accomplishing what you set out each day.
    Have you ever tried lemon and stevia in water? I went and got a quart sized cup from Walmart, once upon a time, and if you squeeze half a lemon into the water (throw the whole half in there afterward too), and use a packet (or two if you want) of stevia in it to sweeten it -it really quenches thirst and helps you drink the water you need quickly. Might want to try it. Or lime.
