Okay so this week I'm aggravated, irritated and just plain in a bad mood. The difference - last week I challenged myself to get up in the morning and do a 1 mile WATP workout. I did all 5 days and even did some more exercise after work. BUT this week I only did cardio & ST Monday evening and that was a struggle. Also my journaling suffered from this last weekend. Didn't feel the best on Saturday but Sunday was even worse, so it took me until Tuesday to actually catch-up with my journaling, but I did catch-up.
So here is what I am learning...
1. Get up and get my workout in the morning - just make it part of my routine.
2. I do need to plan for bad days, they will happen & I can come back stronger.
3. Choice by choice I can make a difference in my life.
4. I'm not as good about journaling my water as I thought I was, so working on that (new challenge for next week - get 32 ounces of water in before I leave work, followed by another 32 at home).
