Well so far so good. The migraines are at bay for right now. I appreciate all the good thoughts and prayers that have gone out on my behalf. I don't know what I would do if it wasn't for my spark family.
I haven't been on as much as I want to lately because it's summer and I am trying to be as active as I can be. It's time to get the scale moving down again. I try to get in 2 miles a day but that's murder on my body. I look at it this way "No pain no gain" as the old saying goes. It is kind of nice to be able to get out and do things again but this heat is killer.
My support system has dwindled down to myself and my spark friends but that is ok with me. If I can't do this on my own, I don't think my weight loss will last anyway. I do log my steps everyday on the fitness tracker so that is going well. I have slipped on logging my food daily which I have to remedy so I will have another visual aid to help me along the way.
I have slacked on my spark groups as well and to all my spark friends reading this I am sorry and will try to remedy that. I will try to get back with everyone this evening.
I read Indy girls blogs and she motivated me greatly so

to her for the motivation. Also in my spare time I have stitched a visual motivation out of plastic canvas so as soon as I can get it uploaded I will post it.
