Having a bad day.

Thursday, June 21, 2012

Woke up on the sore side today. ~ wont let that stop me from getting moving.
Kiddo his a low grade fever, and tummy ache. (hoping its the back molars coming in early)
Meds are messing with me. I have an appt. to see the doc and hopefully change my Zoloft to something that can work. I hate feeling so depressed, and anxious, Knowing that the feeling has no real reason to be there. Living with this is so hard. But were working on it, and gonna get a handle on it, and get me better.
So I'm gonna try and turn this day around and have a good day. ( you too!!)

For those that would like an update on my health. The ultra sound came back clean. I had a scope last week. The dr. that performed it said that I did a great job "cleaning the pipes" and that everything looks good. So the verdict is Nervous Gut A.K.A IBS. I have some new meds for the IBS that seem to be working better than what I was on.

Thanks for reading. Have a good day!

Sorry that you and your little guy aren't feeling up to par. emoticon Hope it's only his molars.

Depression is a tough thing to deal with. It affects so many aspects of your life. It's good that you're going back to the doctor and get something that works for you. I like your optimistic statement that "we're working on it, and gonna get a handle on it, and get me better." Just being able to acknowledge that you're going to get better is a positive!

Although IBS is no picnic, I'm glad that's all it is. There are dietary and lifestyle changes that can greatly impact your quality of life with IBS.

Hope your day got better. Sending a little luck your way. emoticon
