Need to get on the ball

So it has been two days since I did Water Zumba. It has been the only thing I have done this week. I am going to HAVE to do something today. I can't just do nothing. I weighed myself today. I weighed 173. Getting closer to my highest weight of 175. So very close. I keep telling myself that I need to do something, but I keep doing nothing. Well except Water Zumba, which I will be doing again next week. I have been tracking what I eat. I could do better, but at least I am doing a little.
Well I better go. kids running around here.
