read the spark page about interval training and have decided to give it a try. After a particularly bad weekend for food, party with food saturday, pool party with nibbles and then a large sunday evening comfort meal, I have gained back the 2lbs it has taken me the last 6 weeks to lose.
I swim every day, sometimes twice, doing between 40 and 70 minutes so you would think I would have no trouble losing weight and I don't eat more than about 1200 calories. This morning I swam for 40 mins no problem. After reading the article I decided to go back in and do my normal breaststroke for 2 lengths then the crawl for 1 length and keep that up. It was absolutely shattering and I couldnt have done more than the 20 mins I had allowed. So, here we go again, trying something different to bump up the burn. Will now wait and see what happens.
