Well, today is actually Thursday, and that's close enough to the end of the week for me!
Full day so far, full day ahead, all systems go!
Tomorrow will be a (partial) rest day - cycling 6am, then nothing else (this is a self-reminder, as much as anything). I'll get my fruit & veggie shopping done during lunch.
Saturday, I'll lift and get the errands out of the way.
Sunday will be a nice, long walk with a friend, then lunchies.
Hm...maybe if I keep my to-do lists general and basic like this, what actually has to get done won't seem too overwhelming.
I am going to have to drop my water intervals class after the summer
I am WAY too busy with everything else to train to the certification standard. Funny thing about physical activity - you can't get better at it (in this case, treading water hands-up for two minutes) unless you DO it. A lot. Drat.
