    BWahahaha I totally weigh in in the buff as well! Stupid clothes I don't need their weight added in :P I think it's hilarious Bryan eats everything and anything drives me nuts and hes still losing weight just from doing push ups and riding his bike! I have found that when I run through the neighborhood I have several pretty bad hills that My hips flexors are more sore than when I run on the track so I try to shake it up between the neighborhood and the track. Seems like your doing pretty good though it took me forever to get to the 3/2 split. Keep up the good work!!!

    Congrats on the 3/2. It will get better; it did for me. It took me quite a while(months) when I decided to move from 3/2 to jogging my entire distance. Now, the distance that I struggled to meet doesn't faze me. It's work, yea, and I know I can do it. Keep on keeping on! emoticon
