Well my running has been gong really well. I am trying to follow hal hidgon's training plan but I'm definitely adapting it. I haven't managed to get a real long run in and I hope I don't sabotage my training or won't be ready for a marathon, but I'm still getting a lot of runs in. I held off on running yesterday because it was so hot and it was 90 degrees and just super muggy. The day before that I ran and my mile time was very slow, not sure what was happening, but I was running 12 min miles and just felt crappy. A day off and I'm back to 10 min miles. Today will be excitement packed, it is caravel week in my city and tonight is fireworks, tomorrow we will probably go to the caravel, saturday we have a party and sunday is the parade! Mentally I have never felt so good in such a long time. I'm really not too worried about weight loss, I"m sure it will come with all the positive changes I have been making.
