Crushed my workout....now paying the price:(

Soooooo sore today. I'm a little frustrated because I haven't lost any weight all week:( So, I thought I'd give my workout a kick in the ass and do a round of Insanity. God...I forgot how crazy that workout was. I felt so great at the end of it. Today though.....holy crap! I can barely move. Did about 15 minutes worth of Zumba this morning and that was really all I could do. My muscles HATE me right now.
I hoping that over the course of the next few days I can get out of my rut and get things back on track.
I have 8 more pounds that I would like to lose (most of it's in my booty). I just need to stay strong and stick with it....this weight WILL come off, I just need to keep working. Even when I can barely move. Workout what I can:)

    I'm so sorry that you are hurting. Sometimes a warm epsom salt bath helps with my doms.

    Don't overdo it though. If you really need to rest, just rest a day or two.

You can always continue exercising the following day when your muscles have recovered.
