This morning by 9 a.m. I had done 30 minutes on the exercise bike. I am hoping that I can get another 30 minutes in later today. One thing that is helping is the exercise bike is in the living room right in front of the tv. It does seem that by working out in the morning I can stay on track.
With the heat and humidity I will be exercising indoors for awhile. I am planning on working out on Friday. Sat. we will be going to some museums in Washington DC and since we are taking the subway we will be walking to get to the Textile Museum I am counting that towards the exercise quota. I will take Sunday off and plan out the next week
