I woke up WAY too early today. I putzed around and finally realised that I should do SOMETHING. So, I figured out how to get music on my new phone (yay!) and went for a jog.
Yes, that's right. I dug out real sneakers and went running with no one chasing me! I think if I'm going to do this longterm I need two things- a better sports bra (the girls bounced and it made me awkward running past neighbors with one arm tucked under and around my assets) and "Zombies, Run!" so I AM being chased (I will feel better about it? Sure).
When I got home I found the kidling up- she wanted to run too so I sat out front with half a grapefruit (nom nom nom) and she ran back and forth. Love my kid. I then completed breakfast with HOMEMADE BREAD!! My husband baked (for the first time) last night and it was YUMMY!! Huzzah!
Breakfast- half a grapefruit, tea (2% milk, real sugar), two slices HM bread, spreadable butter.
Reaction- so far, so good!
Lunch- very late, but home-made bread with butter (yum!), banana, apple. All good! Oh, and the other half of grapefruit for a snack :)
Dinner- I heart my bestie- she made me a frittata of frizzled spinach, feta cheese and eggs. SOOOOOO yummy! and I think I can make it too! Whoohoo!!
Reaction- all good, looks like I've found some stuff I can have!
I've also made a deal with a friend to help me keep track of food, etc. So we'll see how that goes as well.
